Rice n Spice Heritage is a small, family-owned business in Thunder Bay. Started by a young couple Vivek and Haritha from Kerala, India who fell in love with the city and wanted to share their culture, food, and traditions with the people here so they opened up Rice & Spice heritage.

Rice & Spice has been open for over 3 years now, serving the best of India’s cuisine at affordable prices. We have constantly tried to keep up with the changing food trends, but our focus has always been on quality rather than quantity—and that reflects through our menu as well!

One of the Best Indian grocery store in Thunder Bay. You could get almost most of the south Indian groceries and also some of the north indian grocery including frozen foods like fish and othe packed food. Visibility of the store is hard.But worth if u hit the store once ane is located in Cumberland

There banana roast fritters are amazing. And staff are very friendly.

The staff is friendly staff, I love the jackfruit chips.
